James B. Hardin
Counsel James B. Hardin is a counsel Robinson, Calcagnie & Robinson. Mr. Hardin is admitted to practice in California state and federal courts.
Mr. Hardin received his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of California in 1993 and Juris Doctorate degree from UCLA Law School in 1999.
Since graduation from UCLA Law School in 1999, James Hardin practiced in various areas of business litigation representing plaintiffs and defendants, including complex products liability, personal injury, employment, technology, real estate, breach of contract, business torts, class action, and intellectual property litigation.
Before joining Robinson, Calcagnie & Robinson, Mr. Hardin worked in the employment litigation department of Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker and later was a partner at Call, Jensen & Ferrell in Newport Beach, California.
Over the last several years, Mr. Hardin has won numerous victories for defendants in complex business litigation cases and has also obtained verdicts and settlements for plaintiffs worth more than $65 million. For the fourth consecutive year, Mr. Hardin was named a “Rising Star” by the Los Angeles Magazine – a distinction recognizing two and one-half percent of attorneys under 40 years old for excellence in the practice of law.
